A firearms transfer, simply speaking, is the change in possession of a firearm from an FFL (Federal Firearms License holder) to another person/customer (non-FFL). The person or entity receiving the gun is the transferee and has purchased the firearm from another state and must have it transferred through a federally licensed dealer (Which we are).
