Island City Armory is veteran owned with over 30 years experience with firearms. We are federally licenced to deal in firearms. This is an example of an AK-47 built with a virgin Slovakian parts kit built by my son (12 years old) and me. We built the lower from a flat that we bent with a 20 ton press and then heat treated. It was made in 7.62×39 using a Green Mountain barrel with Altamont brand wood.
